Certain advantages...
There are advantages to having a higher risk pregnancy. You usually get more sonograms than a regular pregnancy, which is nice unless there are problems. Obviously we hope that we don't encounter any problems. However, we were able to have a sonogram today (16 1/2 weeks) to make sure there are no major complications with the baby's heart. Having said that, HIS heart is fine! HE is doing well and very active. I was able to feel HIM kick me throughout the entire sonogram. It was wonderful to see HIM doing so well.
IT'S A BOY! (if you didn't already guess)
